Ken and Tim saved us from an old circuit breaker, wiring system, and goodness-knows-what-else in our old home. It was making a sizzling noise and the security alarm was going off every half hour, so we were very happy to have a great electrician team we can trust. They also took care of us recently in getting air conditioning installed. They are always prompt, professional, knowledgable, friendly, fair, dependable and accommodating of our desire to be very COVID-conscious with workers in the house. They are our go-to electricians. All-around great.

It was a great experience working with Ken. When I called him, he called me back within the hour. I explained what I needed ( a transfer switch for my generator). Due to the unusual configuration I had wanted, he did some research and found a company that would build the transfer switch to my needs. We ordered it and when it came in, we set up a day for him to install it. He came out with his dog, Mya, one of the sweetest dogs on the planet, and installed the transfer switch, and an extra GFCI plug I had requested. He instructed my wife and I on how to use the transfer switch use and tested it.
It is so refreshing to hire a true professional, that keeps in communication, returns calls and shows up when he says! I highly recommend him.
Thanks to Ken, we are ready when PG&E do their shut downs this year!
